Minneapolis Police seek help in locating a missing 4-year-old
September 6, 2023 (Minneapolis) Romilda Garcia, age 4, was last seen at 2 p.m. today, September 6, at her home on the 2500 Block of Cedar Ave S. Romilda is a thin Native/Latino4-year-old girl. She has medium-length dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing pink pajamas with white polka-dots.
Anyone who sees Romilda is encouraged to call 911. Incident # 23-239808
